U&I Cultural Event Center is an intimate and flexible gathering space for private celebrations, weddings, business meetings, workshops, cultural programs, and community events. Our indoor space comfortably accommodates 55–60 guests, while the indoor space combined with the covered patio and outdoor areas can accommodate approximately 90 guests, depending on the season and event setup. With flexible seating, in-house audiovisual capabilities, music, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we can arrange U&I to suit the style and purpose of your event.
Venue rentals start at $175 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
